The Secret is Revealed
As a Hypnotherapist I speak a great deal about the power of the mind. Our minds are the microcosm in the macrocosm of the one universal mind which is God. We create our individualized worlds in much the same way God created the universe. We are all connected through our thoughts. Thoughts are things, science teaches us that all things are in constant motion vibrating at different rates creating various frequencies. Science describes the law of attraction as the natural magnetism between things that vibrate at the same frequency.
Thoughts are magnets
What we think about is what we bring about. There is no exception. This is the great secret, hidden for thousands of years, we can and do create any thing we think and feel about...read on.
Our thoughts bring about emotions, which in turn create our feelings concerning our thoughts. Whether we are remembering the past, or observing the present, or imagining the future it does not matter. We always attract experiences, health, things and people that are in alignment (vibrating) with our thoughts and feelings.
Let your emotions be your guide
Emotions are the signals that tell you whether or not your thoughts are in alignment with what you want. If you're in bliss, then your thoughts are right on, and you're going in the right direction toward your desired out come. On the other hand if you are in fear then your thoughts are out of alignment with what you want and if you keep thinking in this direction you probably won't like the out come.
Does it feel good to you?
So you're thinking about what you want, and you're in bliss most of the time but there's this little nagging feeling... Do I really deserve it? Will somebody get mad at me? Am I too old? Am I really qualified? If things change what will happen to my relationships? These sneaky little paradigms of doubt, are nothing more than subconscious programming. This programming has been implanted by our well meaning parents, teachers, the media, and religious doctrine. These ugly little fears disguised as well meaning concern for other people's happiness can sabotage our efforts at creating positive change in our lives. These beliefs end up keeping us trapped in people pleasing. The truth of the matter is that there is enough good to go around, know that by you having what you want no one will be left destitute unless of course that's their choice. If some one gets mad at you for being happy, teach them to use the secret law of attraction. No worries we all have these false beliefs to some extent as a result of past experience and conditioning. One thing to keep in mind is that the past has nothing to do with now, and that some one else's experience has absolutely nothing to do with you. Your past and their experience are only a reflection of what the prevailing thought and feeling were at the time. The good news is that those old belief that aren't serving you now can be rooted out quickly from the subconscious, and replaced with desirable beliefs in the hypnotherapy process. Once you've cleared limiting beliefs you can move smoothly through the process of attracting what you desire. More than any other source of feedback, your body will tell you whether or not you are on course or not. When you are relaxed and happy, your body is telling you that you are on track. When you are constantly exhausted, tense, in pain, unhappy and angry, then you are off track.

Print a copy of this tool, work it into your life, and refer to it daily. This format was created with data I've gathered from various sources, but primarily from the film "The Secret". The Process of Attraction

We have already looked at your first part in the process of attraction. That is the asking. As humans beings we do this step constantly, just by thinking, noticing our emotions, and feelings. The real work comes in when we must make the required adjustments for proper alignment. The next step is the answer. God the universe always answers every time whether we recognize it or not. Each time we have a thought, what ever is in alignment with the thought, begins moving toward us effortlessly in the flow, because it is the law. The next step in the process is our part and ours alone, we must receive. Reciprocity is the powerful magnet that assures that we get what we asked for.

Gratitude
The first step is to adopt and maintain an attitude of gratitude. Even if you don't have everything that you want right now begin by noticing and feeling grateful for what you have right now. Begin as soon as you open your eyes in the morning, and then again before you go to sleep at night. Create little tools to remind you to think about what you're grateful for though out the day. Perhaps, remind yourself to be grateful, set an alarm on your palm pilot or watch, or carry a gratitude item such as a rock, crystal in your pocket so every time you see it or touch it you think grateful thoughts. Remember, you bring about what you think about, you will attract more to be grateful for.
Visualization
The next step is to visualize or imagine what you desire. See it in your minds eye in every detail, color, size, depth etc. Create visual aids that will bring your desire into your thoughts instantly. Post a life map or vision board, covered with cut out images of what you want, copy and blowup a blank check made out to you from God the universe and fill it in with what ever amount you want, start out with what's believable post it where you see it first thing in the morning and as you fall asleep. As you open up your belief system to more possibilities, the amounts will become larger, have fun.
Scentualization
The next and most fun step is to get physical and scentualize. Even if you don't have the money yet; Go to open houses and walk through, spend time in beautiful model homes. Stand in the kitchen as if you're preparing a meal for guests due to arrive any minute. Go to the exquisitely decorated master bedroom and lounge on the bed, step out on the balcony where you'll enjoy your morning tea with your soul mate. Go test drive the car, have your picture taken in it and post it on your vision board. Imagine the smell of baking cookies as you stand in the kitchen, imprint the sound of the new car engine into your mind. Work with all of your senses, and hold on to them to draw from later.
Rehearsal
The next step is to rehearse. You've posted visuals of what you desire; you've gone out and seen, touched or driven. Now it's time for the rehearsal, pull up all of the data that you've collected sights, sounds, smells, etc. Act out your desire in detail as often as you can , act as if you already have it, then pull up the feeling of gratitude for already having it. And it will have no choice but to come because you are in total alignment with it, and completely familiar with it your desire.
Important things to remember
STOP! Reactivating old residue of what has been!
- Stop! Thinking, Remembering, and worrying about what you don't want/ like
- Stop! writing, singing, painting, about what you don't want, your creativity is powerful
- Stop! Complaining & talking about your problems to other people
- Stop! Subjecting yourself to things that don't make you feel good, you always have a choice it's your responsibility to feel good, and yours alone
- Stop! Focusing on what you don't like about the people closest to you
Remember! You always get more of what you give your attention to
START! Acting and Doing as you will when your desire is fulfilled!
- Start! Reading about what you desire
- Start! Writing a detailed list of what you want and read it each day
- Start! Painting, drawing, writing music & poetry about what you desire
- Start! Taking classes about what you desire
- Start! Talking about the good in your life
- Start! Treating yourself the way you want others to treat you, they will follow your lead
- Start! Giving attention to what you like about the people around you Remember! Appreciation creates more things to appreciate
- Start! Believing that everything you think about and do is Prayer, you are a magnet
- Start! Forgiving by looking for the blessings in the events that seem to be messing things up
